To order, you can browse or search to find the item you require, and then click the "Buy" button for that product to add it to your virtual shopping basket. The basket is shown on the top left of the screen, and at a glance you can see the number of items in it and the total value of it.

When you are finished selecting items, or if you simply want to see a detailed view of your bakset, then click the "Checkout" button at the top left of the screen. A detailed basket view and order form will be displayed. If you wish to order, fill in the form and then click the "Send Order" button.

You will then be transferred to our secure payment server to enter you card details in a secure and encrypted enviroment. Enter your details and click "Make Payment" to complete your purchase. A confirmation screen will be displayed and you will sent confirmation emails from our payment service provider and from ourselves to confirm your order. Check your bulk/junk mail folders if you see the confirmation screen but do not receive any emails.

As an internet based retailer, online credit and debit card payments are the only payment methods we can accept. Unfortunatly we do not accept cheque or postal order payments as this would contravene the benefits and efficiency of operating online. As part of our responsible attidiute to online security, we will also only accept orders from a small number of countries, and regretably if your country is not listed on the order form then you cannot purchase from us.
